JOB SUMMARY
The Customer Service / Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s customer service operations and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role ensures that customers receive exceptional service, feedback is effectively managed, and client satisfaction drives business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years experience in customer service, client relations, or account management.
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, polymer, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills/ REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer service analytics tools.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
