Accountabilities:

The Marketing & Sales Officer will be responsible for the following: 

• Plan and execute consistent social media posting (few posts, daily consistency) 
• Create and publish reels, stories, and basic product content 
• Increase daily inquiries through improved visibility and engagement 
• Respond promptly to all DMs and WhatsApp sales inquiries 
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and payments 
• Conduct structured follow-ups on pending and past customers 
• Communicate product value clearly to healthcare workers 
• Track inquiries, conversions, and daily sales performance 
• Provide weekly performance reports with clear numbers 
• Adjust content and sales approach based on performance data 

Requirements Education Minimum: SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (Relevant field is an advantage but not compulsory) 

Experience:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or online business 
• Experience handling DMs and WhatsApp sales is an advantage 
• Experience selling fashion, healthcare products, or services is desirable Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and persuasion skills 
• Sales-driven and result-oriented mindset 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision 
• Strong follow-up discipline 
• Basic understanding of social media platforms 
• Honest, organised, and reliable
